There are thousands of women in roles just like mine, using STEM to save lives and make a real difference and the challenge is to keep this going. I think the key is understanding how peoples’ varied skills can be combined to get the job done. In today’s Army, it’s your skills, attributes and attitude that matter, not your gender.”
